TweetFor the sake of changing up my game, and not getting the strength/size gains that I want, I decided to follow a High frequency setup by Dave Starr or w/e his name is. Involves compound workouts 3 times a week with minimal assistance(iso) workouts. I included the spreadsheet with my approx. maxes provided. Any thoughts/feedback would be nice!
I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.
