its time for bulking, how many of you guys/ gals use giant sets? i do it with chest, mine include:
a) bench flat go right into
b) incline db benchers go right into
c) decline bb benchers go right into
d) either cable standing pullovers or db crossbench lying pullovers
i do 4-5 sets without a break only after the 1st round of giant sets and ill do 1st exercise 10-15 reps, 2nd exercise 6- 8, 3rd exercise ill do 8- 10, 4th exercise ill do 10 - 12 reps.
boy after the 4th round your chest is exploded for days after your done training . it usually last me 3-5 days till the pump goes down. but, the day after iam rebuilding muscle but the 2nd day iam pumped up from stem to stern. lee haney did these for his back. i love tri sets to but ive done them so much it dont have the kick giant sets have. the day of the workout make sure you eat your ass off or its for nill. i found that i didnt eat right that day if i dont get that 2nd day pumps that come with this exercise. this is for advanced bbers as beginners should do supersets, as you wont know how to feel those pumps days later.
