some say first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is best because it burns fat stores....
I have heard the flip that not having some carbs in the body burns muscle.
I say just do what fits your schedule.

Tweetlast year for a show i did cardio only in the morning, it worked ok...however right now for show prep i'm doing morning 5 days/30min...and evening 3 days/30min....the 3 days i do double sessions really feels like it's burning more at night...i guess cause my energy levels are down in respect to morning cardio...so cardio in evening is tougher for me IMO.

TweetI work out with a guy who swears that it is more effective for him when done in the morning on an empty stomach. I dont notice much difference and getting up that early just to do cardio sucks. I think just doing it period is what matters, get in 20-30 mins a day for about 5 days a week, when you do it is up to you
