      haha funny thing happenned tonite at my gym, these guys raged on each other fightin over how dbol should b ran, one was sayin 4 a day (1 in the mornin, 1 at lunch, 1 at 5, 1 at dinner), the other said 3 in the mornin, 3 at 3, the other said pyramid (5,4,3,2,1) which is what i'm doing, which way is most effective?

      anywhere from 25mg-50mg ed from 3-5 weeks, no longer than that IMO. Too much stress, although I have seen higher doses and longer weeks too.

      a consistent dosage spread as evenly as possible every four hours throughout the day...

      i.e.... if you're using 30 mg/d (5mg tabs) try to take one every four hours

      also if you're using it for say four weeks take the same dose day 1 through 28

      if so, then yes, that's the best route to take

      you don't have to be anal about it and set your alarm, but try to take them as close to every four hours as possible

      morning and about 1 1/2 hr before workout with a proper snack.
      There is no substitute for experience......

      The half life is about 3 to 5 hours. If you want to keep your blood levels constant, then spread them out throughout the day. If you want one big peak level in the blood, then all at once. BTW, I got this from the steroid profiles forum. You should check it out.... lots of good info. Peace.
