I was gonna go for 10 weeks but I rather take it higher to see my results.

TweetYou can easily gain 15 lbs, if you train and eat right, but remember that everybodys gains are not the same, so you never know.

TweetDont go low fat IMO. Lean gains for me came the best with moderate carbs and fat. I went all the way up to 200g of fat a day, and gained well on only 350g of carbs. Ive bulked with 600g of carbs and low fats, and i was just puffy all the time.

Tweethe's probably using the tabs, since they tested at about 17.8 mg ... at least in one batch, which is about 35 mg ...

but i was asking since the liquid is 25 mg/ml, and is accurately dosed, so it could be that ...
