Can you guys explain this to me in detail. Not just closier of HPTA etc, but in detail. I would just like to know everything involved. This would also be good for the newbies. I have seen alot of posts lately at all boards alike, about deca shutting you down the hardest etc. by new members and I think it would be beneficial to me and them. Thanks.

Foreign androgens are introduced and your body as a fail safe stops production of its natural testosterone from the testicles as to not create an over abundance of them. When you run a cycle like Deca alone, your test production is shutdown but you're not replacing it with exogenous testosterone, hence hearing things like "deca dick" and the like.

one thing to add........
bdtr explained it in a concise manner. while he brought up the deca sides, i'd like to add that tren will shut you down almost as bad as deca, if not worse. the shut down itself cant be any harder(shutdown is shutdown), but recovery can take longer.

Expanding on what bdtr said, all gear will eventually shut you down. Naturally you produce about 75 mg of test a week, so you do a cycle with 500 mg a week and your body will shut down it's own natural test production. This is why a proper and precise post cycle plan is a must. Otherwise the hard earned muscle will not only disappear you will feel like CRAP, and crappy feeling is not good. Ultimately you end up worse than you started.
Always good to review this for newbies. If you search you will read many posts on horrible post cycle plans and terrible resutls.
