I suspect gyno in my right pec, very small i think its from last cycle and flared up. So i hit it with nolva and its chilling out.
But my current sched is 6 hours of sleep 5 hours of physical activity. 2 of those are lifting the rest is pretty cardio vascular.
My hair was fallin out before my cycle and i have been sick for like a month, im getting tendonitis in a few different areas.
I think my body is telling me to chill out. I have no choice on the sched i keep until next week. (i have been on this sched for 9 weeks now and sick for more than 4 of them)
So would you guys just hit
1 - clomid right now and take a break sleep alot, hit the vit's and take a break from training.
2 - run the cycle for another week get as lean as i can before clomid. (im up 16 pounds already probaly 13-14% but thats kinda not lean for me)
3- Stay on, hit the hair products, vits, liver protection, get more sleep, and hit high reps.
