  • bicep spot injection problem HELP!!!!

About 3 weeks ago i shot 1 ml fina into the outer head of each bicep. while injecting the last bit of fina into my right bicep some oil or water seeped out of the site while the needle was still in. Imediatly after the injection my biceps wear deformed and softer as usual. But the problem is on both arms my outer biceps still have not returned to there hard shape and previous form more then 3 weeks later. My right outer bicep is noticable diffrent from its origanal shape when flexed. It looks like the outer head near the bottom extends lower so it touches my forarm when flexed and gives my bicep a sloped effect instead of a sharp angle. What the F%$# did i do to myself. I dont think its ever going to return to normal. Also the day after the shot my right shoulder acked me and still feels weeker to this day. The same day i shot i worked out my back and bie's to move the oils around. Only ended up doing a couple exercices for back and a couple sets of curls. (i felt weeker).

Should I go to the doc and just tell him what happend, i dont know what good he could do though its not like they specialize in spot injections. I dont know what to do. Besideds i have no insurance. HHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP!

I will never inject in the bies again. Only glutes and shoulders.

Damn Bro that seriously sounds bad.... I would personally see a Doc....

I'll bump this for some of the "SALTS" we have on the board. I'm sure they'll shed a little light.

Another spot injection horror story. I quit hitting my bi's, to much pain and swelling. I doubt the doctor will do anything if there's no pain or discomfort. Wait it out and see what happens.

i always do the exact middle of the bicep (flex it 1st to find the highest point) and never had any probs sofar...
maybe u damaged a ligament or something like that (thus the weakness)... did u make the tren urself? maybe it's dirty and u got an internal infection going on? (is it hot, red, swollen and it hurts?)
tren will make the site swell sometimes like crazy... i'd give it some more time (few more weeks) IF it's not an infection... if ur too concerned u can see a doc... (i don't think he could do much really)

Im going to see a doc today.

I believe I hit a nerve in both my out bies. Last night my arm felt wierd kind of like pins and needles but not quite. I cannot flex the outer head of both my bies more so the right arm, when i try the inner bi is hard and the oouter is soft. And I believe the muscle is begining to shrink from atrophy. Its been over a moth since i made this mistake. I just hope there's something the doc can do fo me.

Honestly it is not worth the risk of doing spot injections.

I hope to god that I can recover from this.

I am so freaked out I read the other day that hitting a nerve can result in paralysis or lose of a limb. I just hope its not that bad.

Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Bi's didnt bother me. Actually they were the least painful. Other then the initial jump they do when you pop it in. Just like breaking in a virgin. Initial pop and then they jump. After that it is smooth sailing.
Learn the rules so that you know how to break them properly.

This is just role play! Drugs are bad Mmmm'kay!

I've had the problem with the outer head not flexing too. It happened twice. Only on my right bi. Made my bi look smaller and with no peak. The first time I fixed it by taking some darvocet muscle relaxers and my right bi outer head started twitching and the next day it was back to normal. The second time it just went away after about a month. Just give it some time. Keep working your bi's with multiple angles and exercises. I'm not sure what a doctor could do for you. Just keep training and try not to worry about it. I'm no medical professional but it sounds very very similar to what happened to me.

Did the same thing when i hit my tricep, must have hit a nerve pretty bad because the muscle would not flex for me at all. It lasted about 3 months but eventually faded away.

thanks guys you made me feel a whole lot better. Stupied Biotch (I'm sorry to call you that but it is your name lol!). How long did you wait till you took the darvocet muscle relaxers? Would it still be helpful for me to take some over a month later?

Yes I went to see the doc he didnt seem to know a whole lot about it. But he said either you hit a nerve and damaged it or the substance (fina which he knew nothing about) could be causing muscle rot. He ordered some bloodtest to see hoe severe the muscle breakdown was, should be getting the results back soon.

Im still going to the gym and hitting it hard, but for about a week I was really depressed and just mopped around all day no lifting, but im back!

Also bdtr and Stupid Biotch while you couldnt flex your muscles did they atrophy at all. If so how quikly did you regain muscle mass after your were able to contract the muscle again.

I was also shooting my tris about a month ago and i just noticed a small soft spot ( I think its been there for a while) when i was working them out around the same spot were I would shoot the long head. So I started playing with it and now more of it is soft. I must have agetated a nerve or something.

If you guys have any more helpful info please tell.

Do you think i should go for a MRI, and nerve conductive tests.
