    From 178lbs - 182lbs! WOW! The dbol is making me look fuller, especially in my arms! At 30mg/day, very clean diet, 2gallons of water/day, intaking about 250g of protein/day, with moderate carbs, and low fat. I intake my carbs depending on the time of the day. I'll intake most of my carbs before 5pm, loading up on complex carbs at least 1hr before gym time. After that i load up w/40g of dextrose/protein for postworkout. Man, my recovery has been incredible. I do 2 bodyparts per workout. Max time in the gym is 1hr 20min. I stick to heavy / low reps. I actually had my first "major" pump off of dbol yesterday when i was doing chest/back. I felt rock hard w/infinite strength! Especially my biceps! For some reason they get pumped so easily, like if i'm doing curls! I'm very happy for the first week. Can't wait till the test kicks in in another 3-4wks! It's probably mostly water weights that i have right now, but i can see some difference. It makes me feel good!

                            Right whe I saw the subject line I thought DBOL. You will hold some extra skyjuice and get good pumps. dbol makes me feel too puffy. I know some real skinny guys it helps who want to gain weigt no matter what it consists of. Good to Start a cycle and thats about it
