TweetI always just hit some potassium, magnesium, 500mg vit. C and drink about 12 oz of water before going to bed when I get all shitty, and never have a hangover.
TweetWhat i used to do is take two ibuprofen before going to bed and it seemed to do the trick in not getting the bad headaches.
TweetMy GF uses it, now she wont drink without it.
Tweeta hangover is caused by dehydration! Drink a glass of water before you drink and then to every other drink and i bet you will feel fine the next morning! Alcohol dries up the water in your body....
try it...tell me if i'm wrong?? I'll admit if I am wrong....

TweetTHE BEST CURE I'VE FOUND TO PREVENT A HANGOVER IS 4 IBUPROFEN AND A HUGE GLASS OF WATER BEFORE PASSING OUT. YOU WILL WAKE UP FEELING LIKE A CHAMP! it works, but people blow me off when i tell them. oh well, your headache, not mine.
Tweetit does do this, but it also thins the blood very much and the veins shrink down and the next morning the blood is trying to pump hard when you get up and the veins have not adjusted yet is why it gives you a killer headache!!!Originally Posted by Lily

Tweeti just wake up and start drinking again...rum in my coffee, bloody mary's, beer...whatever....by the time that wears off i'm no longer hungover...
hydration, HA! i say screw hydration!
Tweetwell i dont usually get a headache....i usually have a stomach ache and feel groggy...usually once i shower and eat i feel much better!! but i do notice a tremendous difference when i drink more water while drinking then when i don't.....Originally Posted by BIGMOFO
