TweetBTW, im only 21, but i juiced in HS, and i havent gotten taller since..so i know my growth plates are closed
Tweetalright, so im a pretty big guy by most people's standard, but i lack definition. Ive just recently decided to get on a serious cutting diet that ive been following pretty well. My problem is i feel flat all the time, i also worry about losing muscle. Im seriously considering jumping on a mild cycle to help with muscle retention, to keep muscles looking full, and to assist in dropping bf.
i know that jumping on gear prematurely will limit your long-term progress. My question is if getting on gear would be premature if this is my first strict diet?
this is me:

TweetBro, I wouldn't worry about your "long term progress" too much unless you plan on being a bodybuilder. If so, then think long-term. If not, then you should get your bodyfat under 15% as your #1 priority. Using a little juice to help retain muscle while on a STRICT-ASS diet sounds like a good idea to me. Do it now before the winter eating sets in!

I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven."--Schwarzenegger
TweetYeah like Rage saids diet is the #1 key to getting your bf down .If your not eating right its not going to happen ! I remembered juicing and workingout but eating the wrong stuff and not much cardio .That didnt help either even if I was on gear getting my bf down retaining your muscles .So diet and cardio go hand to hand ! Eat clean high protein and you want to lower your carbs and eat good fats .
Some good proteins :
Meat (lean meat ground beef etc.)
Chicken
Turkey
Fish
Eggs (egg whites)
Nuts
Some foods containing "good" carbs include:
Oatmeal
100% whole wheat bread
Whole wheat pasta
Brown rice
Yams
Sweet potatoes
Beans
Green leafy vegetables
Some foods containing "good" fat include:
Fish
Nuts and seeds
Olive oil
Flax seed oil
Eat clean do at least 30min cardio 3-5 times ew and you should see results !

Tweetim gonna stay with the diet and cardio like im doing now, and add some mild AAS in the mix like test e, probly alone... i dont think my bf is low enought for any of the androgenic steroids to make a noticably difference.

You need to get to low teens to see anything from AAS, IMO.
Diet down, once you get your diet and cardio in check, the fat melts off, and quick too!
cardio twice a day, once AM and PM session doesnt hurt
Tweetim carb cycling with a steroid cycle as a muscle maintainer. ive also increaced my cardio substantually. im about 2 weeks into it now, seems to be doing something.
body building gerbil
TweetI would just jump on a clean diet and an ECA stack. Do cardio twice a day once in the morning before you eat so you body burns up your storage for energy and in the evening. You should be cutting out your carbs which you will feel fatigue, muscles flat, and a loss of strength, all of that is very normal.
Tweetthanks guys... i think ill give it a little longer and then...who knows?
Tweeti'm starting week 3 of mine, and i'm down 13lbs...no gear yet. i may throw it in here in a couple weeks, but not now.
