Tweet^ I go 2 on two off w/the beta 2, and don't go that high on the T-3, but if it works for you? The cardio is good. I also do a 3 day split on the weight training. Ive heard some ppl do var without test, but i always like to throw in alittle. Prop would work well with this.
Tweetmick is right. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with the clen. dont run another beta 2 during ur off weeks, ull burn out the receptors.
with the t-3 start low.

the last thing u want to do is overdose and damage ur thyroid.

Tweetstart low bro. everyone is different and some dudes shake bad off of 60mcgs of clen and other can take 200mcgs. start small and work ur way up.

TweetI personally dont think I there is any need to go any higher than 50mcg of T3. I also believe the thyroid is quite resiliant and doesnt necessarily need to be tapered at all.
