Tweeti love winny. if it didn't wreak havoc on my joints/tendons i'd use it all the time. once a year is about all i can take, and i have to keep my reps in the 12-15 range. heavy weight, low rep sets are a no-no for me when on the stuff. sucks cause it makes me strong as an ox..

it does help get rid of fat tho... i don't think it's because it's burning it, but because it acts as an anti-e, which can reduce bodyfat. it also gives me crazy vascularity and hardness!!!

Tweetsee, thats what i'm talkin about. personally, from what i've seen, winny can/does have a direct effect on fat stores. i watched a buddy of mine literally transform on winny....also while eating shitty. he had an odd dosing schedule, i won't even try to tell it because its that weird. but it was the old jurox stuff, that shit ripped him up big time.
