625 mg of test cyp a week...nothing else!
Heres the rundown. I have been off for almost a year. I was running a cycle and messed up my shoulder 15 months ago or so, and i pretty much halted all lifting and everything to see if it would heal. I was running high amounts of eq, so i kept running my cycle, for the joint relief effects, and worked legs, and a few movements that didnt hurt shoulder.
The shoulder ended up getting a lot better, but changes in my life kept me from lifting regular, or keeping my diet in check...along with depression.
Well, the pig is back. I started lifting faithfully Dogcrapp style 4 months ago, and met all thegoals i gave myself natty, so its time to hit a low dose, simple cycle and get back into things.

Tweetjust going into week 4....starting to feel the test, but my lifts are already going up huge every week...contribute alot of it to muscle memroy, but the DOGCRAPP routine is definetly working, and is easy on the shoulder
