whats your best stress reliever

when i am done i havent got the energy to be stressed out.

TweetA good workout works great. Another huge stress reliever for me is a good motorcycle ride. It's like motorized xanax. I feel great and relaxed after a nice ride.

OOOPS, my bad..... you mean that in a fatherly kind of way, don't you?

Since I only see my girl on a weekly basis (she lives over 65 miles away & I work all week), I hit the gym to relieve stress. Otherwise on my visitation days, we pretty much relieve each others' stress.

and I figured it went without mentioning, but sex and even just relaxing on the couch with the wife works wonders. well, the sex works wonders, but the chillin on the couch is just relaxing.

I TOTALLY AGREE! I love banging on the bag. I like to set up several free standing bag
And go from bag to bag....banging away the stress. I also enjoy bonin away the stress but am in between girlfriends rt now so its abstinance for me...lol
