      just watch what your eating and make sure your eating very clean. the last bit of body fat is always the toughest to get rid of.

      Yup. Get under 10%, (something I've never been willing to do what I need to do to get there), and it becomes waaayy tougher to lose. It's all about diet and cardio, bro. Diet like a model, do 45-60 minutes of cardio each day, and it WILL come off, eventually. Are you ready to do a cutter, meaning, you've dieted off all you can? If so, I've got a 6 weeker for you, that will probably give you what you're looking for. However, even a cutter boils down to diet, diet, diet.

      Ginger is the rhizome of the perennial herb Zingiber Officionale found in the Southwest coast of India and the Malabar Coast.
