New to this board, but am on a couple of others, and have been lurking here lately. I’m just about finishing my first month on P-GH. ( I have another 3 months supply) There’s a bunch of posts about it on Steroidology and Anabolic Minds.
After personal experience, I found some of the claims to be somewhat optimistic, but just like anything else, everybody’s different.
Although the directions say to take it orally, no one I’ve ever heard of does. Sub-Q is definitely the way to go, IMO. I’m doing .25 ml 2x ED-once when I first get up and once before bed with weekends off. That’s how they arrive at the month supply dosages. Some guys are doing .5ml 2x ED. Also, I found that doing shots on an empty stomach helped intensify it a bit.
I found is that it is lowering my body fat and I’m getting more vascular. I’m not huge by any means, but it appears to make a difference. Let me know if you’d like more info and I can give you more personal experience stuff.
Also, the shortness of breath, tingly feeling and metallic taste in your mouth after injecting are true. No big deal, but I thought I’d mention it. You get used to it.
All in all, I don’t feel that I wasted my money.

I keep mine in the fridge. Directions say that it should be kept cold and dark, especially after mixing. Also, just mix one 10ml vial at a time, but I'm sure that you knew that.

TweetUse a draw pin and measure out 10ml and add it to the powder in its vial. Then swirl it gently. Make sure that you don't shake it.
Don't know why- maybe it takes away some of the magic!
Anyway, the kits come with really good instructions. At least mine did. I got them from a different source, though.

IU's are hard to calculate with this. They say to use either .25 or .5 ml 2x a day, depending on what you want to do. I do .25 2x a day. Using that calculation, the one month kits last a month, assuming that you're doing it 5 on, 2 off. Also, they recommend that you do it 1st thing in the morning and just before bed.
