Tweetthere is a certain someone here that i happen to be Acquainted with that decided to quit smoking only to pick it back up again and try to sneak it.
now i know it is hard to quit but this particular person quit for a long time so they could have some plastic surgery. my point is why mess things up and go back to an old habit when they have some so far.

so lets all help this person out... please post up every nasty disgusting fact and pics about how smoking effects the body and the skin.

i will start the ball going....

discipline
stick to it tifness


people fall back into bad habits due too major leaque stress's both real and imagined back in the sub-concious

HABIT IS A CABLE WE WEAVE A THREAD OF IT EVERYDAY UNTIL IT BECOMES UNBREAKABLE

this works with both good and bad habits

she was on the good side, temporarily now, similar to AA stuff, she's off the wagon

what is the change in stresses, money, job, relationship, what unknown fear is she facing

Be Kind & Positive, and don't criticize, it will take longer, it will be harder to follow this path, yet, IT WORKS BETTER THAN ANYTHING ELSE
