Tweetouch...a broken hand, thats a toughy!
Beside concentrating on legs and eating...eating...eating(the right foods) I can't think of anything.
Good luck!
TweetWell, after breaking two bones in my hand a little over a week ago, I have lost about 10-12 pounds in close to two weeks. Haven't done anything physical and haven't been eating much of anything. I guess you could say I am a little depressed about all of it. I have a cast on for 3 weeks to see how the bones heal. If they look good in about three weeks then I'll just have to take it easy for a while. If one of the fingers is crooked then they have to re-break it and put in metal plates and screws. Life sucks at the moment, but I'm trying to keep looking up to the months later that I can workout again, and trying to stay away from the beer diet and illegal items.
Any suggestions on what I can do with a broken hand. Hands hurts a little even when I try to run. Plus I don't want to sweat too much and have the cast smelling foul. But my body is going downhill fast.

You'll like it in my imagination......its fun there.
TweetI think I'll still wait till the cast comes off, then hit legs and abs while I am waiting for it to finish healing. My legs need work anyways.
TweetHack squats and donkey calf raises! You'll love yourself for the extra leg work later! I hate leg day, but I love being sore from it! Makes me feel like I've done something!
