      Well, after breaking two bones in my hand a little over a week ago, I have lost about 10-12 pounds in close to two weeks. Haven't done anything physical and haven't been eating much of anything. I guess you could say I am a little depressed about all of it. I have a cast on for 3 weeks to see how the bones heal. If they look good in about three weeks then I'll just have to take it easy for a while. If one of the fingers is crooked then they have to re-break it and put in metal plates and screws. Life sucks at the moment, but I'm trying to keep looking up to the months later that I can workout again, and trying to stay away from the beer diet and illegal items.

      Any suggestions on what I can do with a broken hand. Hands hurts a little even when I try to run. Plus I don't want to sweat too much and have the cast smelling foul. But my body is going downhill fast.

      ouch...a broken hand, thats a toughy!

      Beside concentrating on legs and eating...eating...eating(the right foods) I can't think of anything.

      I think I'll still wait till the cast comes off, then hit legs and abs while I am waiting for it to finish healing. My legs need work anyways.
