Hey fellas for those of you who have used slin can yall elighten me on what is the major goal while using slin? I mean after you take your shot after working out is it the goal to ingest as much protein, carbs, and calories as possible during the window of peek effectiveness? Or is it just to take enough carbs necessary to keep from slipping into hypo? I have been taking 5 ius in the morning and 10 ius post workout. I haven't had the slightest case of hypo so i was thinking on upping the dosages. Should I or is 10 enough for what im using it for? Also im using humulin R due to availability. Any input greatly appreciated! Thanks
