TweetWhen running prop, I usually hit traps every so often. I hit straight down into the muscle, midway between my shoulder joint and my neck. Its hard to get much in there because the pin tries to push straight up out of the muscle (hard to relax the muscle and shoot it). Better if someone does it for you. Its really not a bad spot and its totally pain free. I don't mind hitting there, its the bi's, calfs, and tri's that you stay away from. lol. Usually if you have the delts, pecs, and thighs, there are no need for it, but I like to switch it up every so often to keep from the oil being hit in the exact same spot over and over. And I suppose it would help with scar tissue if you are or will be a lifetime user. Good luck buddy. Ultimate
TweetLike ultimate said, have someone do it for you, hard to relax that area like you think it would be to.
TweetHmmm - I do the bi's all the time, so the traps might be fine for me. I just thought the pain might be bad...
TweetWhen running tren every day for six weeks - you start to look for every possible site!
TweetNever tried traps either.... gives me the Heebie Jeebies just thinking about it.
Vet here and there....

TweetAh man, you should try it super. It really is painless. like iamhuge said, when you shoot every day for 12 to 16 weeks, you just about have to find somewhere to shoot just to give spots a rest. lol. I like it cuz the trap can hold more mL's. I've done bi's some, but when I was doing it my prop was painful. So that broke me of that. I'm starting my prop/fina cycle today and can't wait. 14 weeks of a pin cushion! lol
Tweeti love hitting traps and they are second only to rear delts (but i need help with rear delts)! i just lean over the sink with both elbows on counter top and hit the middle of the trap.
Tweeti hear ya on calves but you really should give some thought to traps. it's easy and it's not that bad when its sore.
Tweetto many nervs to hit, there is enough spots with just delts, ass, bis, tris, quads
