Tweetthink i might stop the gh cause ive been having really bad insomnia carpel tunnel and joint pain. my boy has told me to take b12 injections. anyone have these sides and what do you do about em. the insomnia is the worst part

go downt to 2 ius and see if it lets up. Its not all about how many iu's you take. 2ius every day is good

TweetI don't think the insomnia is coming from the GH. The others will cause insomnia. I seen on your other post you are running prop/tren etc. That will cause the insomnia ., especially the tren...for me anyway. The joint pain could also be from the other drugs, but ramped up by the GH. I usually run 3 to 4 iu's/day also, and do fine....not to say it cant be that. I would just evaluate the rest of the drugs first. You aren't holding water as much as you would with other drugs, so the pain is more noticable. Are you hydrated enough? That is the abuse your joints, tendons, and cartilage take when you are on gear....which is now noticable since you are not running drugs that increase or lube sinovial fluid in joints etc. I'd try some sort of glucosamine or other daily drugs to see if it eases the pain and frequency, at least when you aren't working out (or post workout). TweetSorry, just seen you're not running the tren etc yet. I misread that. If you just started the GH, I'd run it another week or 2 and see if the pain is still there. It could be just the "growing pain" from GH. I only had the pains twice and they were temporary. As for the insomnia, I don't really know cuz I've always got it, with or without gear so its hard to tell for me. I work crazy hours etc, so it makes it hard to get on a routine. Depending on the GH, going down to 2 could be good enough, but from what I've tried I don't get much out of that amount, which I ran for 6 months before I went up to 3 and then 4. The insomnia is just one of those things that could stem from diet, stress, just about anything. I hope you find out what it is soon. Good luck, Ultimate

3 IUS A DAY IS FINE IF YOU CAN TOLERATE THE SIDES OR IF YOUR EVEN GETING SIDES AT 3IUS JUST STICK WITH 3IUS THEN. 2-3 BOTH ARE GREAT TO RUN LONG TERM. I STARTED AT 2 WENT UP TO 3-4-5 AND WHEN I WAS AT 5 IT WAS AWEFUL I GOT TERRIBLE HAND NUMBNESS AND KNEE ACHES DROPPED IT DOWN TO 3IUS AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

Tweetbefore you start talking about iu's, we need to address a serious issue. IU's can vary greatly depending on how much bacteriostatic water you are mixing it with. You should use 1 ml of h20, but some people use less. You could lower the dosage, but it will take longer to get through a bottle. That being said, make sure you are only using bacteriostatic water. The sterile water provided in a kit is only supposed to last for 1 day (if you read the enclosed instructions). Go with the bacteriostatic water, lower the dosage, but make sure that you spend no longer than 1 week on a bottle.
