See I just re-read the question! It's only one a day!! I see, I'd do it about an hour pre workout for no other reason that WHY NOT!

Tweetyeah, I was thinking about an hour prior to workout. Get the benefits in the gym. I'm sure I'll end up throwing another one or 2 back throughout the day.
TweetI don't think it makes a difference given the longer halflife of a-50. If you workout at night, I would take my daily dose 1-2 hours prior to workout. It makes sense to me to have the highest blood levels during and post workout.
