Tweetover the last 5 years or so i have heard many things like some bros stay on year round due to TRT or HRT... and some folks say its a waist to go longer then 12 because one would hit a plateau...i know what may be good for some may not for others... but i want yalls opinions? if i wanted to stay on for 15 wks would my gains slow down after week 12 or does that still depend on the person?

TweetSINCE I HAVENT BEEN OFF IN OVER A YEAR I STILL HAVE GAINS ON CERTIAN PARTS FROM TIME TO TIME. BUT I SAY WHAT EVER WORKS FOR YOU BUT NO LESS THEN 12 WEEKS TO BE ON.

weeks 1-15
test e - 400mg
eq - 400mg
then week 16-21
test prop 100mg eod
tren ace 75mg eod.
it always worked well for me.

my best was 16 weeks as 3 months on and yes after a while, it will goto waste and nothing work unless if u keep taking higher mgs WHICH I DONT RECOMMEND...
TweetI just came off a year on back in Sept the recovery hasn't been fun...gains were always dose dependent on a year cycle when it was raised I'd get gains quicker, obviously
