Tweeti try to keep the cals the same but i eat super clean and drink alot of shakes...it really sucks cuz you gotta be on top of it, miss a meal and it turns into a crisis to meet the #'s

TweetAppetite seems to subside slightly post cycle, but when I'm used to a certain caloric intake, my body seems to still hunger for it.

Tweeti usually step up my cals and protien during pct and then start to regulate them after.
