Oh woops! I lowered my vit c to 2-3g a day and the fishoil to about 8. I cut and paste that from another post I made previously. I just did that to give everyone a general idea of what Im taking and if any of that made anyone else super hungry. Hahaha! Want to see me with my shirt off? Oh also I have horrible gas lately. I've never in my life had gas problems. Now its all the time. I work in an open aired shop with a bunch of guys and they can barely stand it. Just imagine me working in an office with a bunch of women around. Everyone would hate me.
