TweetIF YOU DONT USUALY EAT AT THIS TIME AND TRAIN SURE IT CAN HAPPEN
Tweetthis morning at the gym. I'm starting to come around now, but it started after the first set. Then after every set I did, I would feel nauseous. I've never been a morning trainer, but it's all my schedule will allow a couple days out of the week right now.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen. I didn't eat anything pre workout, so that could be the reason. I know I felt a little shaky from not eating. All I had was my morning coffee and water during workout. I feel better now though, after my post-workout shake.

TweetI train in the early morning and if I don't go to bed with something on my stomach, my stomach becomes nauseas during my morning workouts.
Tweetif you are working out right after you wake up on an empty stomach it can happen. If you dont feel like eating a meal before you go workout I would try just getting some whey protein and just a carb drink and making some kind of shake that is light on the stomach so you dont have all the blood in stomach trying to digest your food while you try and workout
Tweetthanks for the advice. I was running a little behind so I just pounded my coffee and hauled ass. I didn't realy have an appetite either, but I can always eat something. Or at least drink a shake or something. It probably was the empty stomach issue.
I've always been strongly against training on an empty stomach too. I knew better.
