Tweeti never really got this . I have heard of lots of people going to failure with these . I dont know ,they scare the shit out me ,with that kind of weight and no where to go ,your shit out of luck if you cant get it back up .
What if your spotter cant lift that kind of weight ,we are talking 1000 lbs and more for alote of people .
I ususally go t'ill i fail .i mean my legs are shaking the last 3- reps and it takes everything to get it up there.I could go 1-2 more reps to true failure but am sort of scared of popping a knee.
My machine doesnt have spotters at the bottom to hold the weight ,only about half way through the rep then your ok just fglip the bars
