      prop 125mg eod 4 weeks
      cyp 500mg ew 12 weeks
      deca 500mg ew 12 weeks

      back from shoulder surgery last may. have not been to the gym for one year! cant wait to get back in shape!!

      Looks good bro. You taking an AI with it and id do some hcg like at least 500IU twice ew will help with the atrophy.

      Your test dosage needs to be a little higher then your deca. If your goin with 500mg test i would drop the deca to around 300mg. If you wanna stay with 500mg deca then bump the test to 750mg.

      looks like a good bread and butter cycle.

      i would wait if i were you on the cycle. train for several months to get the muscles and connective tissues used to a pounding before introducing AAS. the prob comes from the massive strength gains you will get which may come too quickly for your body to adapt and you will end up hurt again

      Yeah get back into the flow again too much strength too fast could end up gettin injured .I know patients sux sometimes .

      you will get hurt on that cycle if you don get your tendons and muscles used to heavy weights before sarting....trust me...been there ad that is why i cant lift heavy any more.....hit it natty for 4 months min, then start your cycle....kickstarting with prop, and runing deca, your strength will shoot through the roof...and that means injury in your case.

      thanks guys! im going to TRY to hold off for a few more months!! i have also decided to drop the deca on this one sence it has been so lons scens my last cycle! dont feel it would be necesary at this point! i am thinking of adding some proviron to the mix? what are your thoughts on that?

      After looking at the cycle, id lower the deca to 300mg/wk You will still get excellent results.

      just be careful with the injury. some guys dont know how to listen to thier bodies. like me i always push the limit and find myself have 3 surgeries before i was 23. i would go 500mg of cyp and 300 of deca. i would jumpstart with a mild oral instead of prop in the beginning. i would run prop the last 4 weeks so u could get pct in quicker.
