I'm not sure what my bodyfat percentages were prior to initiating my cycle of var. However, the results were noticible in the mirror. Much leaner, pants became loose, more vascular and a denser/solid look to the muscles. I'm sure that having your b/f near 15% or less would highten the results as opposed to someone trying var at 25% b/f. As always, shedding fat should be done first with cardio and diet...then once the b/f percentages are at 15% or below then use super supps to polish out your physique. My 2 cents.
