      Origionally I was going to go with
      Cyp 500 1-12
      Deca 400 1-12
      Winny 50mg ed 6-12

      But my winny fell through so I'm thinking of the following
      Cyp 500 1-12
      Deca 400 1-12
      Var 35mg ed 6-14
      or
      Var 35mg ed 4-12
      or
      Var 50mg ed 6-12


      So what do you guys think? I've never used var before.

      I'm actually also considering a var only cycle of 50mg ed for 8 or 10 weeks and just skipping the test/deca alltogether since size isn't the prime objective here.

      I play semi-pro sports and I'm mostly interested in burning fat, increasing speed and strength.

      do that one wt the 50 mg is good...anavar is pretty safe and from week 6 to week 12 to harden up.....
      either extend ur test for another 2 weeks to maintain ur gains
      or
      cut down ur deca to 10 weeks..
      other wise it's looking good to me

      i agree that var should be run at 50mg ED but i think you should run through week 14 as the oils clear. i also believe that you should stop the deca 1 week befere the test. it will aid your recovery.

      Yep, I agree.....

      Try the one with 50 mg...and personally, I would run the test and deca both for another two weeks. But that's just me. Although if you're involved in something like Basketball, or other aerobic semi-pro sports, this is not even the right cycle to begin with. They will help with speed in terms of sprints/strength, but your muscles will cramp like a muther phucker if you try to do too much cardio on that kind of cycle. I tried it and many others here did too. It hurts having to cary all that extra weight around and also, you will prob get some cramps from all the extra blood cells and water.....but good luck with it and keep us posted....Shiner

      Good advice guys.
      What about just dropping the deca altogether?
      Go with somthing like
      1-12 Test cyp 500/wk
      4-14 Var 50/ed

      Again, I'm mostly intrested in shedding fat while adding muscle and keeping my weight about the same.

      u can do that too...but myself everytime i run any type test, i have to have either deca or eq along with it!!!!!!!

      I've run var alone for 8 weeks at 40mg per day and loved the results. You'll harden up like mad and your weight will stay stable.

      do u have to be in a stage of dieting(i mean do u have to be in a certain percentage of bodyfat???) since i never done var.....

      I'm not sure what my bodyfat percentages were prior to initiating my cycle of var. However, the results were noticible in the mirror. Much leaner, pants became loose, more vascular and a denser/solid look to the muscles. I'm sure that having your b/f near 15% or less would highten the results as opposed to someone trying var at 25% b/f. As always, shedding fat should be done first with cardio and diet...then once the b/f percentages are at 15% or below then use super supps to polish out your physique. My 2 cents.
