Tweeti ma going to be taking 10 5mgs tabs a day how should i break these up? my workout is at night around 6 or 8 pm! i will also be running 750mgs of eq a week for 10 weeks! i ma running the winny for 8 weeks i might jump that up to 10 but i havn't decided on that yet! gonna see how my gains are! this is suppost to be a cutitng cycle should i drop the eq down alittle?

Tweetbyron whats ur BF right now. i'm thinkin cause u need to lose some first that ur not gonna be happy with the winny results. imo i think u should run 400-500mgs of test e and eq and thats it. eat right and do cardio. i would prefer to see u get back in tact before even starting ANY cycle, i don't think your body is ready for it after the long lay off

TweetYou should have researched way more before you started this. You are totally gonna fuck up your liver running the winny that long if you take milk thistle or not. And The fact that you drank right before you started isn't gonna help your liver much either. And 750 mg of eq is way too much for a first cycle and imo you should only run the test e at 500mg for this cycle. IMO this is a very stupid uneducated move on your part and does not show much intelligence.
And like HB said what is your training like and what does your diet consist of?

Tweeti have been back on a daily routine for three weeks at the gym and eating right was looking to wait for 2 more weeks before i started i am getting the info down or trying to i have never ran winny so thats why i am asking its always been 750mgs of sust and 500 of decca and things of that natrure never cut down!
