I just posted a related topic in another thread. If you are using a BP machine that you bought at a local pharmacy for less than $50 don't be too concerned about one bad reading. If it is coming up consistently high, then you should make sure you are on an anti-e to combat water retention due to estrogen buildup that could be caused by the test and take a diuretic (HCT/Lasix). If your not under the care of a doctor and have no access to them, stop the test use until you work something out. There are plenty of doctors that know about AS use and will accomodate you.

Your BP machine is working I would bet since you said your head is killing you too. My girlfriend is a RN and tried telling me not to worry, that the machine probably did not work...BS! It works just fine because I go to the doc regularly and they were getting high readings as well. The only fix in my case was coming off cycle. None of the BS remedies did jack for me. But that does not mean they won't work for you. Last cycle mine did not really get too high though until around 8 wks into a 12 weeker so I just hung on for the remainder checking it twice daily. Good luck bro and keep an eye on it.

Well your not going to stroke out at that pressure although it is a concern. If it goes any higher then I'd REALLY consider dropping the cycle or going to see another doc for some BP meds. When your systolic is over 200 and more importantly your Diastolic gets any higher you need to seriously look at it.A headache from a high BP is an early warning sign.Of course you could be dehydrated, caffiene withdrawels ETC. What is your age??

Get the BP meds if you can get them - or maybe cialis - double the benefits.

Mikey is right very easy to get also. I use a garlic/parsley cap from Thompson. You can get them at your local healthfood store. Also, if you can get Mavik 4mg tab once ed. You have to either get a script for it or if you know someone. It is mild but works well. I will add, start taking a St. Joseph asprin one ed, they are 81mg and will help thin the blood and free platlet flow. I take one every day reguardless if im on a cycle or not. It will not hamper gains. Most men should be taking it at least by age 27. You can also try getting some lycopene if it is not already in your multi-vit. Natural sources are in tomatos, or in tomato sauces. Very good for the heart.
