Tweetlook do this try to get 500g protien a day. Other then that you really don't have to count g just make sure your eating at or upwards of 5000 cals a day. Just make you a carb cutoff point and stick to it so you won't gain to much fat. I would suggest no carbs after 6 unless its your postworkout meal. if your still gaining too much fat move the carb cutoff back.

Tweet500 grams is way too much, ur body cant handle that, ur just putting extra stress on ur kidneys. TweetYou have to understand that AAS increase the body's ability to metabolize protein. Sure a natural person has no business eating 500g of protein, conversely, one using AAS can. I stick to no more protein than double my bodyweight. If you weigh 200 then you should try to consume at least 300g and closer to 400g every day. Often times I hit right in the middle which in this case would be 350g. Try to have the majority of your protein coming from foods such as red meat, fish, and chicken. The additional protein can come from shakes. How many calories do you think a pro bodybuilder eats a day? Think about it bro, AAS will allow your body to use all of the nutrients.
