TweetOk.... here is my sad story.... started a cycle like 10 weeks ago and i am almost done, only two more weeks ( damn ) and like two weeks ago i caught that damn flu bug..... i was wanting to get a little more ripped up this cycle so i used test prop with eq winny and a six week cycle of t3....ok, lost 4% body fat and i gained ten pounds of good quality muscle.....then came the flu... ten pounds lighter i still have no appetite and i havent gained shit since i got back in the gym..... i am the type of guy that works out with a damn broken arm, but i couldnt even get out of bed with that flu for 4 days..... pretty shitty huh.... moral of the story... stay healthy...

Tweetbrother i had the same thing 2 weeks no training no eating. lost a bunch of weight and when i started again it came back quick. dont worry just rest and recover

TweetVITAMIN C ED AND WHEN I START TO FEEL BAD I LOAD UP ON IT HAVNT REALLY BEEN SICK YET AND I USUALLY STAY SICK IN THE FALL AND WINTER
TweetIt (the flu) got me in the beginning of December. Kept me out of the gym for over two weeks. Plus my appetite was way down. I ended up taking another two weeks off from the gym and dieting just to give myself a break from the same old routine of dieting and training. I will be starting back up again on Sunday after a one month layoff. I think it is very beneficial to give your body a long break from everything.
Tweetso true...... but its hard to see all ur hard work be washed away by a stupid little micro scopic virus..... thats why i hate being sick becuz it pisses me off to think that a micro scopic virus is kickin my ass.....
TweetI got sick 2 days after I finished a cycle. Boy was I pissed, but there's nothing you can do about it. Last night I was back to the gym for the first time. I lost a bit of my gains from the cycle and was a bit weaker in my lifts, but not as bad as I thought it would be. I still gained muscle on the cycle and held on to most of it even being sick with the flu for 2 weeks.
