Ephedrine ECA stack making me feel nutty?

TweetSo last week I started taking a homemade ECA with BioTek (spelling) ephedrine. I have been a mess all week, Im emotional as hell, depressed and have been having bad headaches. Anyone else have this happen to them? I stopped taking it today and feel a little better already. I just felt all ansty and like "nutty" inside. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 21 and Im now 25 but dont take anything for it, I've just learned to cope. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I dont know what I should do now to help with the fat loss? I have a ton of clen but dont know if that will do the same thing to me. My diet is on track and Im losing weight steadily, just wanted to speed the process a little. Im also doing 20-30 minutes of cardio after lifting 4-5 times a week.

Tweeteca's can definitely do that...they do it to me from time to time...and ephedra containing products do have a warning on the side about mental health interactions...and it's one of those things where you may be fine before taking it but then it hits you while on it...now mine does seem to taper off once I'm on it a week or two but if it's making you feel too unsteady I'd drop it...maybe try finding a weaker ephedra to work with to see how that goes...

as for the clen, well it always makes me feel like a junky with all the shaking but it did always have a weird zoning affect for me so you may want to try it to see...so I may have been shaky but I was concentrating!

but the flipside is, if you're doing well with the program you're with then I say just stick to that and leave the clen and eca's for later...who knows, you may not even need them...

HOW ABOUT EATING HEALTHY,CARDIO,TRAINING AND YOU WILL LOSE THE WIEGHT WITHOUT ECA STACKS. CROMBIE IT TAKES TIME FOR A PERSON TO DROP THE WIEGHT THEY WANT IT DOESNT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT.

Yeah I know this and thats what Im doing. Im eating and training better than I ever have before. I was just liking the results and wanted to see more.

TweetTaking ECA's or appetite suppressants make me depressed, forgetful, emotional (easily made cry)....also when i've dropped weight I get the same symptoms or I find myself forgetting what I was about to say or do. I think I have a thread on this in the female forum if you want to look for it Crombie....I think its somewhere in there???

TweetI experience the difficulty concentrating and headaches when I begin cycling eca or clen. The symptoms tend to dissipate after a week or so. I just ride them out.

TweetIt should go away after a week like HeHateMe said but if you cant handle it leave it alone like Fuzo said just do it alone cardio /clean diet /training thats the best way.... you said your seeing results so just keep it up it takes time but it'll come .I know everyone is anxious to see faster results but sometimes you have to go the other route hard work pays off .Thats good that your feeling better now than sh_tty ,I hate that feeling !

TweetIm going to just continue on the diet and cardio. I just ran out of Dbol so I should drop some water weight from that. Scares me though, I hope I look good.
