TweetSheeesh that was good and so much cheaper than the premade stuff. I just got a lb of salmon from the store, some jasmine rice, low sodium soy sauce, white rice vinager and some wasabi. I just made the rice and added some rice vinager and put large pieces of salmon over it. I never eat rolls anyhow just sashimi. Im going to make this a part of my regular diet for sure. I was scared it wasnt going to be as good as going out to a restaurant but it was, even better actually b/c I used a lot more fish than they do.
