Tweet1.) Carb 'cut off times' work for a lot of people, but with you working out in the P.M. it will be a little different.
2.) Now, you did mention that you know about taking PW carbs (not sure how much to take then, but I keep it to less than 50. you may get diffenent answers here) so that's good.
3.) And yes, you should definately keep the majority of your carbs in the beginning of the day and then taper off as the day goes on. This can get complicated, but basically has to do with insulin sensitivity and how well your body can utiltize carbohydrates later in the day (also, partially based on metabolism as well).
