pretty much, if you're wanting to lose 20lbs, you'll want to eat protein/fat meals, and only carbs consumed are PWO. don't worry about energy levels, the fat you eat every meal will suffice interms of a source of energy. meal 1 egg white and whole eggs. and small shake in water. that will give you the protein/fat you need. meal 2 could be 10oz of canned chicken or tuna using regular mayo/miracle whip. thats another protein/fat meal. for lunch (meal3) 10-12oz chicken breast and a handful of peanuts. meal 4 repeat meal 2. meal 5 a lean steak of some sort, 10-12oz. last meal of the night around 9ish (depending on your schedule) a protein shake with about 40-60g of protein in water will work. then have 1 or 2 consecutive days of carb loading, about 300-400g. then back down when the diet starts again. i do this mon-fri, then carb load saturday and sunday. hope that helps.
