Also, you aren't eating enough bro. Anytime you eat too few cals your body will go into anti-starvation mode and store what you eat as fat. It doesn't matter how good you eat, it will store it as fat as a defensive mechanism. You probably need to be at least 2,500 cals if you are training 10 times a week. That's a lot. I usually eat 5-6 meals a day and get between 3,000 and 3,500 cals. Of course, I'm 230, but still 1,900 is too low for your activity levels. Even when I get down to where I want, I will just increase the intensity on the cardio, not lower my calories.
