      OK, LET ME MAKE THE STORY VERY SHORT....
      i left work early yesterday and went back home and took a nap and then i went to teh gym around 6 pm...at that time(6:10pm) i was pumpin weights and so forht, king kamali calls my house and leaves me a message saying check ur mail mikey, i sent u something.....(king never called my cell since i changed my number and does not have the new one)....so i went runnin toward teh mailblox and i saw an envelop and i was like WTF is this, and it was HIS NEW DVD BACK WT VENGANCES FOR FREE... so i watCHED it..
      first thing, the music is off the hook, it's house/hard house music adn def NYS(new york style) and the dude is massive and ripped and man, he got me jacked watching his dvd and i cant wait 2day and rip it up at my gym....
      and they were playing that song called: THE ECSTACY WORLD AND I WAS DYING LAUGHING BIG TIME AND I JUST THOUGHT OF FIT2LARGE WHEN HE SAID: U POP EM LIKE TICTACS AT TEH CLUB

      was working on users pc here at work and the guy powerlifter pics all over his cube and we where just shooting the shit and he said he worked out at gym and saw king there and asked king if he could help him with a diet and king was like waht kind of diet a natty diet or the other kind of diet LOL!! . I just said hey my friend big_mikey used to work out with him and the guy was like ya i remember him i used to see him working out king.... small world
