before u run around the neighbor hood u should check to see what the were convicted up. for instance if a guy was 18 and had a 16 year old gf is considered rape.

When you move do this to see if your moving next door to one.

When I moved into my first house, the real estate agent told me that we had a sex offender within 3 miles of our home (in my area its a law, that they have to disclose sex offenders within a 3 mile radius). I'm too naive to notice "within" and he lived right across the street. Even though I later found out he liked little boys, it made me uncomfortable leaving my wife at home.

TweetThis is kinda a good idea, then again for some it is a mis-fortune. I see alot of 3rd and 4th degree sexual conduct, and even some that i guess tryed something on someone that was incapsitated. It could be a haunting prob for someone that just got alittle drunk and made a mistake with the opposite sex and then be put on this site forever. I think it should just be for child molesters and ppl that commit rape, not 3,4th degree crimes.
