TweetMy Mom used to tell me that the first 15 minutes of your day sets the mood/feeling for the day. I have come to realize that she was right, at least when it comes to myself. When I have woken up negative or crabby, and the family is also up, I will walk out of the room and walk back in...say "Good Morning" and restart the day. This can be very challenging and I will admit that I do not do it all the time but it is still in the back of my mind.

Tweeti think that is right. if i forget to set up my coffee maker and i wake up and do not smell that delicious brown liquid i immediately cuss myself and normally have a bad day.
