They're back
TweetThe New Years nuts arrived right after Xmas. Bodies with no idea what they're doing flitting from bench to bench, machine to machine taking up space and wasting time. Feel like I need to pull a Daryl and whip out the crossbow and start putting arrows through these walkers' brains to put em down

Tweetyeah the gym will be full for about 2 months then back to normal in time for the smaller rush of folk who think they will loose 30 # in 2 weeks for the first pool party of the year

TweetLol. They were out in full force today where I work out. I wish everyone well and to meet their fitness goals but there was part of me that wanted to kick their ass off my machine and tell them to save the three weeks worth of work you will put in before you give up.
