TweetWhatever you get, make sure it is micronized creatine, as the other stuff does not dissolve well in beverages and is gritty. Other the that, more expensive creatine products usually have L-Arginine in them which increases nitric oxide, in turn helping in ATP production. IMO, its cheaper to get the pure micronized creatine and then buy a bottle L-Arginine seperatley, as it is a pretty reasonably priced supplement.
