      Whatever you get, make sure it is micronized creatine, as the other stuff does not dissolve well in beverages and is gritty. Other the that, more expensive creatine products usually have L-Arginine in them which increases nitric oxide, in turn helping in ATP production. IMO, its cheaper to get the pure micronized creatine and then buy a bottle L-Arginine seperatley, as it is a pretty reasonably priced supplement.

      So the ethyl ester is better than the monohydrate and the micro stuff? What do you mean by less sides? I never get any side effects from creatine, unless i'm just not aware that they are side effects?

      ive been taking 8 grams a day for 6 weeks and i feel strong as holy hell. full and no bloat
      all the benefits of creatine without the bloat. shit costs next to nothing. buy it in bulk powder from bulk nutrition.

      How many g per teaspoon with the CEE? Or how much do you take?? The typical creatine i take 8-10g ed pre-workout.
