THERE IT IS. THEY SAY ADMITTING THE PROBLEM IS THE FIRST STEP.
I SAY I WANT TO DROP BF% AND THAT I DO A LOW FAT DIET, BUT I AM NOT HARD CORE AND I THINK I LIE TO MYSELF ON WHAT IS OK TO EAT OR NOT. HELL NO WONDER IM FAT. ITS HARD FOR ME TO EAT GOOD DURING THE DAY ON THE ROAD, BUT I THINK I NEED TO PUT MORE WORK IN FIXING MY LUNCHES AND TAKING THEM WITH ME. I ALSO DONT PASS UP HAVING BEERS WITH THE GUYS AND SAY IT JUST A FEW LIGHT BEERS OR IS ONLY ONE CANDYBAR. TODAY STARTS THE DAY IM HARD CORE! OR MAYBE TOMORROW...LOL
