      I freaking hate the yoostas! You all know them, the dipshits that hang around the gym or even worse, when they see you out and start talking about the weight they yoosta do in high school and what not. I just want to smack the shit outa these guys! The other day I had one come up to me and say "hey man I yoosta be just like you but when I got out of prison I just stopped hitting it hard" WTF?

      I yoosta squat but now I got bad knees, I yoosta lift heavy but I decided I didn't want to get too big so now I just stay fit, I yoosta bench 600 in high school but I just didn't keep at it...........
