i agree...i think it has to do with the water, becouse npp dosent really help at all...reg. deca would be 200-250 a week or so imo

TweetDuraplex (NPP) has worked very well for my joints. I take 100mg eod on almost all cycles for the healing properties you mention and it works 100% for sure!!

TweetActually, lubrication has nothing to do with it. Let me be more specific,nandrolone stimulates TH2 cells. This stimulation causes the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines. Which make you joints feel better. Progesterone's also suppress TH1 cells which reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines.

On the other hand, winstrol as well as other DHT cousins, stimulate TH1 cells and they secrete pro-inflammatory cytokines. Which is why people get joint pain from winny.

So deca won't actually help heal, just reduce inflammation. Anavar, on the other hand, has been show to increase type 1 collagen synthesis by 11 fold and double type 3 collagen synthesis at 20mg a day.
