      Starting next week, this is what I have:
      Fina
      Winny
      Test - prop
      Halo
      T3
      Clen

      My main question is how much prop to use, 6th cycle but 1st one with prop in it.

      My stats are 5"9' 202lbs about 16-18% bf, got a little lazy over the winter.

      My goals are to get to around 10%, weight is not important, if I get down to 185-190, that's ok. Of course, 210 at 8% would be ideal, HEHEH
      Any suggestions, diet and workout will be fine, but I am not sure as to the prop usage and have never used halo, is halo better at the end or beginning, is fina better at the end or beginning, questions like that.

      prop like 50-150 mg ed-eod depends on how much you want to use. fina to start 1-7 weeks or whole time and winny to finish. halo clen and t3 i have not used so i won't give advice on that.

      i like clen 2 days on 1 day off although some like it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off i usually start at around 70mcg and go no higher than 140mcg daily. t-3 you can use the 5% 40% 55% which means 5% of the time you spend getting up to your peak 40% of the time you stay at the peak and 55% of the time you spend tapering down. I personally don't go above 100mcg/ed although some go up to 150mcg. Halo I never messed with so i cannot comment. As for prop 100mg/ eod worked pretty good for me. fina at the beginning and at 16-18% bf i would do some cardio in the morning before i eat if i were you. you may not even have to use as in there to get down to 10. clen and a good diet and workout plan could probably get you there. good luck.

      thanks for the replies guys.
      But you bring up a point that raises a question.

      I have always use a Test blend, or straight Enanthate in bulking cycles. For those cycles I used between 500 and 1000 mg a week. I guess I wanted to know how the prop works in a cutting cycle. Most people, from what I remember from a couple of years ago, used to say to just take enough test to counter the limp dick and catabolism of the T3. If there is any truth to that why would I take more than 350mg a week?

      I am not doubting, I just want to understand what it does better so I can maxmize my gains.

      As for cardio, I have already started 5 days a week first thing in the morning.

      how many weeks do you want total? personally i think fina is a 8 week run minimum. halo 4 weeks and you need 6 wks to get a good t3 run.
      16 wks total maybe?

      total will probably be 12-16 weeks, looking to stay at no more than 10 weeks on AS.

      I would run an 10 weeker.
      1-10 100mg ed prop
      1-10 75mg ed Tren
      7-10 20mg ed Halo
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
      I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
