TweetI'm a 22 year old male with no anabolic steroid or supplement use history. I'm 6'1, 195, and after 2 years of working out I'm starting to see some major gains. I train 5 days a week with at least 25 mins of cardio and 45 mins of weight training per session.
I'm extremely concious of my diet and consume very little fat while consuming large amounts of protein, fibre, water and nutrient-dense foods. I'm about as big as I want to be right now. I could use some more size on my arms and shoulders but by no means am I a bodybuilder. I seek lean muscle mass... I want to be ripped. Genetics has blessed me with a large frame so I'm trying to stay away from any bulking drugs.
A friend told me that WINSTROL-V is commonly used by bodybuilders to rip and tone while burning fat and adding muscle. Is there any truth to this claim? If not, can anyone recommend a supplement or AS that could help me reach my goals of leanness?
