How long is gear good for once btl open ?

TweetIn other words, I am going to have some Test E left over once I am done with my cycle. I will probably have about 3 or 4 ml left. How do I preserve those last 3 or 4ml within the 15ml bottle? Is there a time frame of how long the test is good from the time the bottle is penetrated with needle? Time off will be about 4mos.
